I am sorry you waited until tonight/today to try to confirm $220 event that ironically is one of our more logistically challenging events. While perhaps the communication could have been better, a quick compare and contrast of this event to past events AND the fact there is no meetup location are tell tale signs - something is different about this event. Still - if you feel you haven't been heard, drop me a line. I am open to discuss this subject anytime next week.
Really sucks letting me know that 10pm the night before when both myself and my friend have rescheduled our work and made plans for this trip. The announcement clearly stated that to win the trip for free one needed to participate in a contest and then it stated the price was $110. We were simply going to pay the price since I did not have the time for the contest since I have been donating my time to help the fire victims from the station fire.
Hey Steve - this event was intended for people who participated in the contest.
My e-mail has been down (changing providers), if someone can send me the meeting location and information as I do not know where to meet. Thanks Steve.
Chris, please check your email for an important message from me regarding the meeting point on Sat. Thank you!
Thanks for providing this opportunity, Chris!
YAYYYYYYYYYY!!!! :>))))))

Peter, Brenda, Jacqueline, Suzzanne, Angie and Andrea - just a friendly reminder - you have not completed the eligibility requirements for this event. I personally encourage you to: read the event description carefully, click on the links and follow the directions. We have extended the signup period until 05 October noon PDT. Good luck everyone!
Just a reminder, you are more than welcome to RSVP here but it is not necessary. In order to be eligible to win, you must follow the instructions outlined in the writeup. I hope that is clear and I hope to see more of you enter to win! It is an amazing experience and one of my favorite events to attend.
