I just got off the phone with Jeff, from the scuba shop we do our Discover Scuba diving with and he is gonna hook us up over the December holidays. We talked about how many of you want to become scuba divers but finding the time/money has been a challenge. This is a great deal. Jeff is taking great care of us. If you have any questions - drop me a line.

Your cost - $299

What's included:
* Tuition Fee
* All Necessary Books, Log Book, Dive Table & Forms
* All Rental Gear Including; Wetsuit, Hood, Weight Belt, Weights, B.C., Regulator System & Tanks
* PADI Open Water Certification Card
* (4) Open Water Beach Dives

If you want to learn to be an Open Water Scuba Diver - there is no excuse not to do this one.

    Hey SCOA people - curious, how many of you have signed up with the dive shop? You aren't hurting my feeling one way or the other by RSVPing here. The fact is, we are trying to introduce people to the sport at the cheapest price on the planet. If you are interested in doing the event - follow through and call. They are only taking 6 people and the fact that 7 are signed up here tells me something :-)

      “ This was a great class with knowledgeable instructors, Alex and Eduardo, who also had a great team of other dive instructors who assisted with the underwater skills training and safety precautions. We had an intensive 4 days with two days in the pool and two days and four dives in the Pacific at Redondo Beach. The weather for the ocean dives was great with a water temperature of about 55 degrees at a depth of 30 feet. The schedule was grueling for 8+ hours for four days, but well worth my trip from Dallas to participate in my first ocean dive. ”
