...I thought I put it out there...

Want to get back in shape for the upcoming snow season? Well- don't wait until powder days are here!

The better shape you are in- the more you will be able to enjoy a full day on the mountain... and more importantly you will be ready for the next day without feeling totally beat.

Let's get started...

We will meet @ 6:30am at the junction of Sunset and Temescal Canyon. We will start running promptly at 6:40am... You can park on Temescal Canyon south of Sunset for free.

It will take us about 1 hour (probably a little less, depending on your speed). It is an about 4 mile run.

We will take a little break to stretch on the top before heading down.

The sun is suppose to rise at 7am... so you might want to bring a small flashlight or headlamp.

Bring some liquids for the run.

Any early birds out there?

See y a on the trail!!

Hey - the info is a wee confusing. Up top it says 5:30 and in the description it says 6:30. Which one is it for us 8am work folk? :)

Love this trail run...it's close by, beautiful views and just the right length (4mi)... hopefully some other's can join me next time. It was a little less than 25 min uphill... incl stretching and taking in the view for 5min on top it took me 55 min at an easy to moderate pace.
