It's time to do something - let's go skydiving!

The view from 18,000 is literally breath taking but no worries an oxygen mask is provided. While enjoying the wind in your hair falling at 120 mph you will have a commanding view of beautiful coastline to West. To the East, when atmospheric conditions permit you can almost see Mount Whitney. Imagine being able to see the East/West boundaries of California at the same time! When your parachute opens your ride becomes quieter. As your senses return and your brain catches up, your instructor will point out other scenic points of interest. Also, weather conditions depending, you will be given the opportunity to fly your parachute to landing. With your instructor's help, you will be taught how to turn, control speed and land your parachute!

While we won't be jumping from 18,000 this event, the view from 13,500 and in Southern California will be impressive!

Sundays work best - so don't go get hammered the night before. Buy the video and pictures, if you don't you will regret it. I still have the tape from my first skydive.

The Plan: We will carpool and/or fly down to Skydive Perris and as a group sign up for our tandem jumps. We cannot all jump at the same time but jumping on a Sunday provides a better chance of jumping around the same time.
Once the skydive is over and we have our video and stills, we can enjoy a lunch on-site or near-by. Skydiving is an amazing experience.

Prices: For every (two people that pay no later than Feb 13th the price is $189 + $8.30 Amazon Fee = $197.30 After the 14th the fee is - $220 + $10 Amazon = $230 tandem skydive and Video with Stills: $115. Photos you can buy there on your own. Please read the refund policy! We can work with you until 18 Feb - after that you will lose $60.

Logistics: We need to leave Santa Monica around 7AM to get there 8:30 or so. Plan on this being an all day event. Carpooling is encouraged. If a few of you would like to fly down with me - let me know.
