Hey Monica, I offer a free 8 wk beach volleyball class Sun 9AM-11AM at Ocean Park Beach Santa Monica. Goal after class ends is 4-15 people play year round for a fun challenging workout with talk & laughter. Most wear t-shirt, shorts or swimwear to not overheat summer to winter. And after games wear layers to not chill or get cold. Come alone or bring 1-3 friends. A beach potluck with BBQ's, tables, vb nets & some drink beer/wine in cups 4 fun.

Hi Monica....yes that hike was great ...loved it all.... but we shoulda stayed with the group...on the way back down in complete darkness we got lost...took a right when we should have took a left..ended up at the bottom (not near the car and completely lost)so we started hiking back up to the Observatory since thats all we knew. Made it back up to the observatory on the other side entrance...but it was closed...both our cell phones died,lots of coyotes.Ranger called us a cab and we got back.
