Dang time has been flying by for me. Hopefully for you too. I have been reading some great stories about Mammoth Mountain, Lake Tahoe, The Rock Gym and DJs and Dinosaurs. Folks if you are interested in those events - don't sleep on it. Your organizers work hard to find, post and organize those events. And I'll beat you to the punch - no they won't ever ever ever be scheduled again :-)

The Kilominjaro Climb sounds epic! If you have the resources to make it happen - go! Everyone I talk to who has done it was not disappointed. I wish I could go but 3 weeks in the Ecuadorian Rainforest is still fresh in my mind. Piranha's, Scarlet Mcaws, Tucans, smokey tree frogs, wild boar, 20' dug outs and a jaguar growling right outside our tents! Here is our GPS track. - Thursday on da West Side, we are going to announce a cool new mobile phone, photo contest and treasure hunt event coming up - yes you got me right a mobile phone game related to adventure! We are going to need your help: we need names and addresses of your favorite adventure business in Santa Monica or Venice (we will be expanding to other cities later). It could be your favorite outfitter like REI or Adventure 16. Maybe it is Surefoot the orthotics folks or Virtual Snow the people that help you improve your skiing and boarding. If we use your suggestion you win a prize too! But I am getting ahead of myself - be sure to show up on Thursday for the full scoop. The announcement will be made at our Happy Hour Event sign up

Two Scuba Events: our world famous $299 scuba certification sign up and our Santa Cruz Underwater Photography Trip with Scott Gietler sign up .
